My story
From the parade ground to the dance floor.
I first picked up DJing in 2011, drawn by the same thing that had already consumed me for years: the power of music to move people. But my journey didn't start in a nightclub — it started in a brass band.
As a brass musician for over two decades, I learned what it means to perform under pressure, read a room, and understand the mechanics of what makes music work. That background gives me a different edge as a DJ — I don't just play tracks, I understand them. Keys, tempo, transitions, energy arcs — it's all second nature.
I also spent years working in sound production, which means your event gets more than someone who plugs in and presses play. Your venue's acoustics, speaker placement, gain staging, and mix clarity are all handled with professional precision.
After a 10-year break from DJing, I've returned with fresh energy, matured taste, and a renewed obsession with delivering unforgettable nights. This isn't a side gig or a hobby — it's a craft I've spent half my life refining.
